CUNY Citizenship Now! Apply Now for Haitian TPS

CUNY Citizenship Now! is having an event on February 16th, 11am – 2pm at Medgar Evers College to provide resources for Haitian nationals in the United States with no permanent status.
Haitian nationals in the United States on or before November 6, 2022 with no permanent status, may be able to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
- If you are a Haitian who has never applied for TPS or was previously denied, you may now be eligible to file a new application before August 3, 2024.
- Haitians who currently have TPS should re-register by March 27, 2023, in order to extend their status and work authorization.
