Recycle your e-waste at Tompkins Square Park on March 19th from 10am – 2pm. \nWe accept the following working and non-working consumer electronic equipment: \nComputers (laptops & desktops\, servers\, mainframes)\nMonitors (CRT and flatscreen)\nNetwork devices (routers\, hubs\, modems\, etc.)\nPeripherals (keyboards\, mice\, cables\, cords\, chargers\, etc.)\nTablets and e-readers\nComponents (hard drives\, CD-ROMs\, circuit boards\, power supplies\, etc.)\nPrinters under 100 pounds\, scanners\, fax machines\, etc\nTVs\, VCRs\, DVRs\, DVD & Blu-ray Players\nDigital Converter Boxes\, Cable/Satellite Receivers\nPortable music players\nAudio-visual equipment\nVideo-games\nCell phones\, pagers\, PDAs\nTelecommunication (phones\, answering machines\, etc.) \n\nNOTE: We no longer accept \nBatteries (except lead-acid batteries from UPS (uninterrupted power supplies) systems\,\nrechargeable batteries can be dropped off for recycling at any store that sells them\, also check out IKEA and Staples stores for battery recycling. \nMedia\, such as disks\, DVDs\, VHS tapes\, cassette tapes\, etc. \nPlease visit greendisk.com to purchase a shipping label to get these items recycled.
