She also inherited the Encuentro de Tambores de Bomba from Norma Salazar and has been organizing the event since Norma’s passing. She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year and is going through a very costly and difficult healing journey. \nWe want her to feel the love from NYC and receive more funds to support her medical bills as she has been unable to work. \nThis event is open to all and donation-based.
